When you book your airport pick-up from ATL with EarthTran Global Limousine, your chauffeur will pick you up at the lower level at the North or South Doorways (LN1 or LS2) unless you select “Gate-Meet Service” or coming from an international flight. If you are arriving from an international flight, please follow the signs to ground transportation and wait for your driver at the top of the ramp at the inner curb. Please note that international pickups are charged an additional fee. Your driver will arrive at the scheduled pick-up time and will wait for up to one hour to allow time to clear customs and claim your luggage. If you are delayed, please call our office to avoid a “no-show” charge. Your driver will wait in his car and check his cell phone while waiting for you to clear customs and claim your luggage, so if your driver does not answer, he is most likely on another incoming airport run but will be with you as soon as possible. He will not leave the airport without speaking to you first. This is very important! If you cannot locate your driver or need further assistance, please call our office at 404-957-1705.
