 1. For all Airport Transfers, use the 3-digit Airport Code and select the name of the Airport. Example: “ A T L” for Hartsfield-Jackson  Atlanta International Airport.

2. Click on “Hourly” if you want to book the car for hours. 

3. You will always see the quoted price before you book!

Transfer /Hourly: By default, the tab will be on Transfer Which means picking you up from point A to B without any Stops or waiting except for Airport trips which may also have grace waiting time. An example of the type of service will be Airport Transportation or point-to-point.

Hourly: This also means booking a car service for a certain number of hours. Our minimum hours is 4 hours for most vehicles. Examples of the type of  hourly services are: Weddings, Prom, Events, and more

International Airport Pickup: Due to the delays at customs, we charge a minimum of 2 hours instead of a transfer.  Except coming from Canada.

Return trip pricing:  If you’re booking a return trip, the price you see on the quote page is for each way (Quote Price X 2)

Cancellations and refunds

EarthTran Global Limousine values transparency and strives to provide exceptional service. Below is our policy for cancellations and refunds:

Standard Bookings (Sedan & SUV Airport Transfers):

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be eligible for a refund minus a 25% cancellation fee.
    • Clients may reschedule their trip instead of canceling to waive the cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable. However, the funds can be applied to future reservations.
  • Special Events and Group Reservations:

    • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event are eligible for a refund, minus any non-refundable deposits.
    • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable, but clients may:
      • Reschedule the reservation to a future date, subject to availability or
      • Apply the same funds to future reservations with EarthTran Global Limousine.
  • Prom Bookings:

    • Due to high demand, all Prom bookings are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

  • Deposits for any booking are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items and Services

  • No-shows or cancellations made after the vehicle has been dispatched are non-refundable.
  • Prepaid gift cards and promotional packages are non-refundable.
  • Special requests, such as event-specific decorations or add-ons, are also non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account and confirm with your credit card provider, as processing times vary.
  2. Contact your bank for further clarification on pending transactions.
  3. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@earthtranlimo.com or call 1-800-967-6311.

Amendments and Rescheduling

  • Changes to bookings (e.g., pickup time or location) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made within the same notice periods as cancellations to avoid penalties.
