Referral partners introduce or refer clients to EarthTran. Operator partners are approved transportation companies that may perform specific EarthTran-assigned trips under agreed service, documentation and communication standards.
No. EarthTran reviews every application for business fit, professionalism, market needs and, when applicable, licensing and insurance compliance. Approval must be confirmed in writing.
Operators approved to transport EarthTran clients must add EarthTran Global Limousine and Transportation Service, Inc. as an additional insured on their commercial auto policy and provide a current certificate of insurance before accepting assigned work.
Only after written approval, completion of onboarding and acceptance of all required documentation, including the current certificate of insurance. EarthTran does not authorize work through the application form alone.
No. Referral terms, compensation arrangements and operator rates apply only when documented in writing. Partnership approval does not guarantee referrals, commissions or a minimum volume of assigned trips.
