Welcome to EarthTran Global Limousine Service (“EarthTran,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of our website https://earthtranlimo.com and all transportation services we provide.
By booking or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General Information
EarthTran Global Limousine Service offers professional transportation in the Atlanta metropolitan area and beyond, including airport transfers, corporate travel, events, and group transportation.
Our headquarters is located at:
100 Hartsfield Center Pkwy, #500, Atlanta, GA 30354.
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. Reservations and Payments
Reservations may be made online, by phone (770-290-1971 / 800-967-6311), or via email (info@earthtranlimo.com).
A deposit or full prepayment may be required to confirm your booking.
Rates are confirmed at the time of booking and are subject to change for route or schedule modifications.
We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be billed partially or in full, depending on the vehicle type and reservation length.
No-Show: failure to appear without contact within the stated grace period (see § 12) is billed at 100% of the contract total.
3. Damages and Cleaning Fees
Customers are responsible for any damage caused by them or any member of their party to our vehicles.
Cleaning surcharge: $100 for excessive trash or spills.
Sanitation fee: $250 if someone in the vehicle is sick.
EarthTran reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for these costs.
4. Alcohol, Smoking, and Drug Policy
Alcohol consumption is permitted only if all passengers are 21 years or older.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed in any vehicle.
Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited.
If the chauffeur determines that these rules are violated, service may be terminated immediately without refund.
5. Gate Meet Service
Gate-Meet Service is available for $20.
A chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal near baggage claim.
Please do not exit the airport before meeting your driver.
6. Waiting Time Charges
Airport Pickups
No charge if you meet or contact the driver within:
30 minutes after the domestic flight touchdown
90 minutes after the international flight touchdown
After the grace period, the waiting time is $15 per 15 minutes until you meet the driver.
Non-Airport Pickups
No charge if you are in the vehicle within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup.
After that, the waiting time is billed at the vehicle’s hourly rate, rounded up to the nearest ½-hour from the scheduled time.
7. Super Early Morning / Late-Night Service
Pick-ups scheduled between 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. incur an additional $20 service fee.
8. Airline Delays
We track flight times in real time and adjust pickups accordingly.
We accommodate delays up to 1 hour whenever possible.
If a flight delay exceeds 2 hours and a vehicle cannot be held due to scheduling, we may charge a waiting fee or reschedule; this will be communicated immediately.
9. No-Show Policy
Airport Pickups
If you fail to show up for the arriving flight you provided, and there is no contact with EarthTran within:
60 minutes after domestic arrival or
90 minutes after international arrival,
You will be charged 100% of the total amount of your reservation.
Important: If you cannot locate your driver, do not leave the airport — call our office immediately so we can assist you.
Non-Airport Pickups
If you fail to show at the pickup location and do not contact us within 45 minutes, you will be charged 100% of the reservation total.
10. Additional Charges
Gratuity: 20%
Fuel Surcharge: 10%
Administrative STC Fee: 14%
Extra Stops: billed at additional rates depending on distance and duration.
Additional Hours: charged at the vehicle’s hourly rate after a 15-minute grace period.
Please include all stops and details at the time of booking to receive an all-inclusive quote.
11. Lost Items
EarthTran Global Limousine Service is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.
Items found are logged and stored securely until claimed.
12. Service Delays and Liability
While we make every effort to be punctual, EarthTran is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the cost of the booked service.
13. Links to Third-Party Sites and Accounts
Our website may contain links to external sites not under our control. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
Certain services may be delivered via third-party vendors; by using our website, you consent to the necessary data sharing with such providers to enable requested services.
You may connect your EarthTran account to third-party accounts at your own discretion and risk.
14. No Unlawful or Prohibited Use / Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use www.earthtranlimo.com in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with other users’ experience.
All content (text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is the property of EarthTran Global Limousine or its suppliers and is protected by copyright law. No content may be copied or reproduced without written permission.
15. International Users
This service is controlled and operated from the United States. If you access our website from outside the U.S., you are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EarthTran Global Limousine, its officers, employees, agents, and partners from any losses or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our website or services or violation of these Terms.
17. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved informally, it shall be settled by final and binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding; judgment may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Any arbitration must be conducted individually — class actions or collective claims are not permitted.
Each party will bear its own attorney’s fees unless the arbitrator awards otherwise. This provision survives termination of the agreement.
18. Disclaimer of Liability
All information and services on our website are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
EarthTran Global Limousine and its suppliers disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarthTran shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.
We are not responsible for passenger expenses due to mechanical failures, weather, or delays beyond our control.
19. Termination / Access Restriction
We may terminate your access to the website or services at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
Use of the site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not enforce these provisions.
20. Governing Law
The laws of the State of Georgia, USA, govern these Terms.
You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Georgia for any disputes arising from these Terms, not subject to arbitration.
21. Changes to Terms
EarthTran Global Limousine may revise these Terms at any time.
The most current version will be posted on this page and supersede all previous versions.
We encourage you to review them periodically.
